The Event
We plan to play netball continuously from Thursday 20th of February until Sunday 23rd of February. This will be made up by various players taking the court and playing for varying lengths of time. Most of our individual participants will play for around 3 hours at a time and take the court a number of times over the 75 hours on a rota basis.
For the participants involved in the event, we will be doing training beforehand to help build up the required strength and stamina to complete this incredibe challenge.
World Record Attempts
As if playing netball for 75 hours wasn't enough, we are also attempting to set new world records during the event.
The record attempts we are trying are:
The most goals scored in 60 minutes by a team.
The record we have to beat is 1,100 goals
The most goals scored in 3 minutes by a team.
This is a new record that we get to set!
